Elon Musk has confirmed upcoming changes to the exterior appearance of Tesla's electric pickup.

The unique design of the Cybertruck could already change. Introduced just a year ago and slated to hit the market in 2022, it should undergo some slight changes in the coming weeks. It was Elon Musk himself who confirmed the information, via Twitter.

In the spring, the CEO of the Californian brand had already announced that its designers were working on a somewhat modified version of the vehicle. Today, he explains that it should be revealed in "about a month."

No Cybertruck light on the program

What modifications are we talking about? This is by no means a major change, the overall design of the pickup, a true tribute to Blade Runner, should remain as unique as it is angular. On the other hand, Elon Musk admitted that he would have to revise some details of the vehicle, minimal, probably at the level of the center of gravity with "a line of lowered windows" aimed at making it compatible with European legislation. The idea of a smaller and less angular design that was mentioned for a while is therefore not topical, even for this side of the Atlantic.

Until we know the Cybertruck’s final appearance, the pickup is still for sale on the Tesla site at a starting price of $ 49,000.
